Shipping & Exchanges
- We are a small company and process all orders individually with care.
- All orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours.
- All orders take approximately 4-7 days.
- All orders are sent via TNT Express Mail.
- Free worldwide, express delivery for orders over $100 and
- Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate fee of $20 (Worldwide express 4-10 days).
- A tracking # will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send using registered post.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address on your original receipt. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- We do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind due to colour/pattern variance or choice.
- Due to the handmade nature of our dyeing process, please be aware that some minor irregularities might appear on your print. This is not a fault, rather, makes your FOV shirt unique and individual to you!
- We use an eco-friendly dyeing process. As a result, your garment may experience minor fading over time. This can add to the garments vintage appeal!
- Some prints may contain minuscule waxy blemishes. This is normal and due to the use of natural bees wax for the ink separation process during printing and dyeing. Any blemish will remove after first wash.
Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, including tags.
All sale item purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
